DELIVERY FOR CERAMICS,GLASS,METAL,WOODEN ITEMS.
For delivery in the U.K. you can choose Special Delivery which will be insured and guaranteed to be delivered by 12.00 noon the next working day, prices start at £3.50 for 500gm up to £17.90 up to 10ks. If you wish we can use First or Second Class for smaller items up to 750gms this service is not insured and takes 3-5 working days, prices vary from £1.00 to £6.00 for this service. Parcelforce for larger items is also uninsured and takes 3-10 working days. prices from £6.00 up to £50.00 depending on weight. We also offer a Carrier Service delivered to your door within 3 days. Costs for this service are according to weight minimum charge £5 plus insurance which will vary according the the cost of the item. Please contact us for delivery of your choice. If we do not hear when ordering, and your item is up to 2kgs (U.K.) we will use Special delivery which is £3.40 up to £6.90 depending on weight.
Delivery outside the U.K. is by Parcelforce, Airmail which takes up to 5-14 days depending on the destination. Items will be insured, however, items to the United States Of America and Canada cannot be insured and customers will be offered the option to have their items delivered insured by Air Freight Carriers, again charges vary for this service, please contact us.

For Furniture U.K.and abroad a Carrier is always used, please
let us know which item you are interested in buying BEFORE YOU LEAVE YOU C/CARD DETAILS. and we will get back you with a
quote from our Carriers.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR PACKINGING OR HANDLING.

GOODS NOT RECEIVED.
If goods are not received within the above time scales please
advise us immediately.

All orders will be despatched within 24 hours of receipt. If you do not wish to pay by c/card and you are within the U.K. We will accept a cheque, but items will not be delivered until cheque is cleared – up to 5 working days. Please note we do not accept cheques/money orders outside the U.K.

RETURNS
If goods are not as we describe them please return them to us within 3 days of receipt. We recommend you return them to us insured. We will give you a refund less postal charges. If goods are sent uninsured and damaged in transit we cannot be responsible, and money will not be refunded. Please contact us
immediately if wish to return goods.
